Secure Anchoring for Roofs

Melly 85 cm Lanyard Anchor for Corrugated Sheets (Max Pitch 300 mm)

This device can be used to create a Type A fall protection system on corrugated sheets covered with clay tiles and/or roof tiles.
It is compliant with UNI EN 795:2012 / UNI 11578:2015.

Components

It consists of the following components:

  • 1 anchor plate for the roof’s load-bearing structure: AISI 304 stainless steel plate, 355×140 mm, 3 mm thick, with 40 Ø6.9 mm holes (20 per side) for connection to the roof covering. Use 10 rivets to install the plate.
  • 1 anchor plate for the roof’s load-bearing structure, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 120 x 30 mm, 4 mm thick, with 2 Ø14 mm holes, 46 mm apart, for fixing to the load-bearing structure, and 1 Ø10 mm hole for connection to the cable.
  • 1 stainless steel cable, Ø6 mm, 850 mm long, connected to the plate by crimping and terminating in an eyelet for attaching PPE.
  • 1 stainless steel thimble for the Ø6 mm cable, for connecting the cable to the structural anchor plate.
